Wedding Cake and Card

I was asked to make something special for a friends grand daughters wedding. And this is it.

For the cake and box I have used Centura Pearl cardstock and the template that I used was from Arty Farty. The card is made using a LOTV stamp and coloured with Spectrum Noir pens.

Cute Little Polar Bear

I fell in love with this gorgeous image from Pink Gem.  I have coloured him with Spectrum Noir pens, The backing paper is printed it from a Crafter's Companion CD, I have also die cut and glittered the snowflakes and icicles.

Christmas Card No 2

Another Christmas card, this time using this cute image from Mo Manning.  This is Giggling Snowman.

I have used Spectrum Noir for colouring, embossed background and die cut snowflakes.

But I do hope we have a long hot summer before then!  So today I have made my first Christmas card and hope to keep up the production so as not to have a panic nearer the time.

Card for a Man.

It has been a long time again since my last blog post and since then I have had a wonderful holiday in Malta and met up with my lovely crafty friend Dora, and what lovely weather we had, and today I am sat here with the heating on!! Just look at that blue sky.

 
 Now onto my card, this was made for a friends birthday, I have used a digi image from Bugaboo and coloured with Spectrum Noir. It was just a coincidence that the character is Gus and our friend is George!

Bestie image

The card I have made today is for a friends birthday and as she is into quilting and sewing I thought this image was perfect for her.

I have used the digi image from Sherri Baldy available here,  I have coloured her with the Spectrum Noir pencils, the first time I have used just the pencils and have to say I really enjoyed doing it.  Used the Spectrum Noir pens to shade the background.

Quilting

As mentioned in my last post I have spent my time in learning to quilt, and this is a small quilt that I made for my great grand daughter. I was really pleased with the result, and so was my grand- daughter, so she has put her order in for one for her!

Back Again!

I was going to try a be a better blogger this year, but so far that hasn't worked out!  I have been busy quilting and not card making.  I will post pictures of my quilts soon.  But today I have made a card for my granddaughters birthday on Monday.  She loves ladybirds which is why I chose this image and colours.

The image is a Bestie digi image and I have coloured her with Spectrum Noir pens and pencils.  Embossed the background and added a few gems and computer generated sentiment.

Happy New Year

I am hoping to be a better blogger this year! And as I have had some Spectrum Noir pens and pencils for Christmas, I have been having a play.

I have used the Sugar Nellie digi image - A Little bit of Gossip and coloured with the pens and pencils.  The backing paper is a magazine freebie and added the die cut fence and flowers.
